About This Activity
The Tri - Fitness Challenge is designed to provide a series of physical fitness programs, challenges for individuals interested in cross training development and conditioning as it relates to sport specific activities, cardio. agility, balance, strength, power and speed. For everyone else, marathon training, martial arts, running, fitness classes and several dancing programs with local instructors. All instructors have certifications
in their specialty. Some of these certifications are ACE, AFAA, ASCM, CPT to name a few. Your one-time registration fee covers all of the activities listed below. This program structure is geared for competitive and recreational athlete. Dancing is the least competitive activity and it is designed
simply for fun. All spectators will be restricted to stadium seating as would be the case in a sporting event. PREMIUMS: Performance T-shirt, athletic towel, professional trainers, refreshments, water, aid and access to a variety of vendors and merchants.
