About This Activity

Join us for the 2nd Annual Perfect 10 Miler and 10K on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 9am at Mt. Brilliant Farm ( in North Lexington.  Our race will benefit Surgery on Sunday (

Run through picturesque Mt. Brilliant Farm (8 miles of the 10 Miler course) and tranquil Huffman Mill Pike.  All registrants will receive a commemorative dry fit race shirt and all finishers will receive a finishers medal.  Chip timing by RaceRise, overall & age group awards.   Post race food and drink, DJ and live music in the Mt. Brilliant "Entertainment Barn".

This race is your "Perfect" prep lead up to many area half and full marathons like Run The Bluegrass, Kentucky Derby Festival, Flying Pig and Horse Capital.  The course is entirely on paved roads/surfaces.  Water and SWORD Hydration will be served at 6 hydration stations along the 10 Miler course. No dogs or strollers. No pace limit for 10K with walkers welcomed! Pace limit for 10 Miler of 15 min/mile.

REGISTER BY 3/8/17 TO GUARANTEE YOUR RACE SHIRT!  After this date it will be first come first serve on any extras we order over and above the total number registered on 3/8.

FRIDAY 3/17/17 PACKET PICKUP   We'll have a special St. Patrick's Day packet pickup on Friday, 3/17 from 4-7pm at Johns Run Walk Shop (317 S Ashland Ave, Lexington, KY 40502).  Come get your packet and take advantage of special deals at Johns Run Walk Shop.  We will also have race day PPU and onsite registration at Mt. Brilliant Farm but encourage all local runners to pickup on Friday afternoon/evening if you can.  J&H will be raffling off a new pair of Hoka running shoes to a lucky winner who picks up his/her packet or registers at their store on 3/17.
