About This Activity
Cross country helps enhance your performance through building endurance and stamina. This type of running is usually done off of the track; typically on trails, over hills, across fields, and through wooded areas. It will aslo help athletes of all genres maitain their performance levels throught he off season.
Event schedule and times
Practices will be Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 530 to 630
