Event details and schedule

The event starts at 8 am. sharp, please plan accordingly.

The swim is 250 yard serpentine course in the beautiful Lawrence YMCA pool. There are bleachers available in the pool pool area to watch the swim portion. YMCA locker rooms will be available for changing and storing clothing and gear. It is suggested that you bring your own lock to keep your belongings safe.

You must provide your expected swim time to swim 250 yards in a pool while keeping into account that flip turns are not allowed. Please do not provide a guessed swim time, please measure your swim time in a pool to get as accurate a time as possible. This allows us to order the swim leg appropriately to ensure a smooth swim for everyone.

The bike route is an overall flat ride with a few small inclines for a little variety. The bike loop will start out of the transition area off of Campagnone Common. Loop is 3.4 miles long and you will complete 3 laps to finish the bike portion. Here is a detailed turn by turn directions of the bike loop.

The run course is a flat route 3 mile run and is 4.5 loops around Campagnone Common providing many opportunities for your fans to cheer you on. The finish to the run course will cut a diagonal right up the left of the common and the finish line will be close to the transition area. The run course has been shortened slightly to move thefinish line away from the runners so that no one crosses into the path of anyone still on the course.

Some parking is available behind the Lawrence YMCA at 40 Lawrence street. Parking is also available at the parking garage on the corner of Common and Amesbury Street.
