About This Activity

Join us for three days of dryland Nordic ski training in the beautiful Wind River Mountains.

We can only guarantee a camp t-shirt if you register before July 25th.

Each year Coaches Emily and Greta host a ski camp at the Fremont County Youth Camp just outside of Lander, Wyoming. This intensive three day camp focuses on ski fitness; rollerskiing, strength, ski walking/bounding/drills, sports nutrition, and ski technique. With other guest coaches from around the state we are able to work on specific technique in small comparable-ability groups. Available to ages 14 through 20. Must have at least one season of ski experience under your belt.
