The scenic course consists of fairly flat terrain and runs along the beautiful Lake Superior Shoreline. The road is paved with a thin dirt shoulder. The road is not closed to traffic. Participants are requested to run/walk/bike along the side of the road. Bikers please ride single file and obey all traffic laws. A helmet is required for cycling events. Dress appropraitely as wind off the lake can be strong.

Half Marathon race (13.1) begins at the Aura Fire Hall and ends at the BCMH Rehab and Fitness Center. This course meets up with the Pequaming run/walk at the 5 mile marker. Shuttle bus leaves from the BCMH Fitness Center no later than 7:15 am (EST) Race begins at 8:00 am (EST)
Pequaming Run/Walk race(8 miles) begins at the Pequaming four corners and ends at the BCMH Rehab & Fitness Center. Shuttle bus leaves from the BCMH Fitness Center no later than 7:15 am (EST) Race begins at 8:00 am (EST)
Family 5 K Run/Walk (3.1 miles) Race begins and ends at the BCMH Rehab and Fitness Center. Strollers permitted. No bicycles or pets please. Courtesy van at the half way point. Race begins at 8:00 am (EST).
Tour da L'Anse Cycling Race and Leisure Ride (52 mile, & 22 mile) Both events begin and end at the L'Anse Waterfront Park near the Warden Electric Plant. The 22 mile non-competitive route is flat for the first 10 miles, followed by uphill to downhill stretch, with return to flat and fast. The 52 mile competitive event followsthe Skanee Road with challenging uphill stretches. Return to downtown L'Anse by way of Townline Road through Aura to Second Sand Beach and Bayshore Roads. KOM awards. Both events start at 10:00 am (EST)
