For the first time ever, we are now offering a month to month Base Training Membership Program. Whether you are taking your first steps towards a new you, or looking to log miles until your next training program starts, we want to ensure that you are laying a strong foundation for future running success. We believe that fitness starts with the Base Foundation, therefore there is no speed, tempo, or other advanced workouts in this program. The focus is solely upon steady running and/or walking to prepare you for future participation in more strenuous workouts/races.
