About This Activity

All runners will receive a dri-fit custom race shirt, timed results, professional photos, custom race bibs, and more!

Join our USATF certified 10K race in beautiful Liberty State Park. This race will be timed and is fast (many participants reported achieving a personal record), but participants will have at least two hours to complete it. There will be two water stations along the course operated by volunteers. At the finish bagels from Wonder Bagels (a local favorite), fruits, Gatorade, and water will be waiting for you.

Sign up for what promises to be another great run in a great park that people from all over the world visit and local runners regard as an oasis. We welcome all levels of runners: first timers, elites, families, masters, etc.; however, given the increase of participants in this race this year and the narrowness of the course, strollers nor dogs can no longer be accommodated. After the run, consider remaining in the park or visiting the Statue of Liberty and/or Ellis Island, which can be accessed directly from the park.

Access to this event should be made from Johnson Avenue to Audrey Zapp Drive down past Freedom Way to the North Cove Field. If one drives, parking is also available on Audrey Zapp Drive down past past Freedom Way on the right side at the Ferry Lot (#8 on Liberty State Park's map); the cost is $7.00.

Bibs can be picked up the day of the race near the start from 6:30am until 7:45am. There will also be a bag check near the start concurrent with the bib pick up; bags will be provided. Runners must be lined up by 7:50am to be ready for the 8:00am start.

Covid-19: Per the Center for Disease Control outdoor events are extremely safe. When you're outside, fresh air is constantly moving, dispersing covid-19 droplets. So it is unlikely to breathe in enough of the respiratory droplets containing the virus that causes COVID-19 to become infected. Being outside offers significant benefits, too. It offers an emotional boost and can help you feel less tense, stressed, angry or depressed. We will ensure additional safety to our staff & participants by spacing out the start times, having hand sanitizer readily available, no water stations on course, and more.

We have limited comp entries for those experiencing financial hardship; email for information.
