About This Activity

The Jamestown Rhode Race will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2017.  The event is set on picturesque Conanicut Island and looks out over Narragansett Bay and the Newport Pell Bridge, the largest suspension bridge in New England.  The course features vivid landscapes, winding roads, historic Watson Farm as well as the village of Jamestown with its small shops and quaint restaurants.

This event will benefit the Fort Getty Restoration Fund.  RRE will make a direct donation and a percentage of every race entry will go to this historic landmark.

The Half Marathon will start at 7:00 am and has a 3.5 hr time limit.  The 5k will start at 7:15am.

Team Registration and Fundraising!!!

This year, registrants will be able to create teams and/or fundraise for their favorite charity! It's a great morale builder and fundraiser for all types of companies, organizations, schools or even friends!

Please Note: The Jamestown Rhode Race will be happening rain or shine. Because of the logistics of planning for a race of this size, we cannot offer refunds for any reason. In the event that weather is severe enough to create an unsafe environment for participants, organizers will cancel the event with no refunds issued.
