About This Activity

5k Run/Walk for RAVE

All proceeds go to RAVE: Relief After Violent Encounter.

RAVE offers free and confidential services to survivors of domestic and sexual violence as well as victims of homelessness. RAVE is committed to supporting healing and empowering individuals in crisis as well as educating individuals and the community on the power of healthy relationships.  RAVE serves the communities located in Ionia and Montcalm counties. We have a rich history built on the hard work of these communities beginning in 1979. What began as a crisis line answered by dedicated volunteers in their own homes in the city of Ionia, has grown into a multi-program, 501c (3) non-profit agency providing services to thousands of adults and children throughout Ionia and Montcalm Counties.

Participants will meet at the Ionia Free Fair Grounds to get registered near the boat launch area. The event will take place on a combination of Ionia roads and the River Trail. The finish line will be at the Ionia Free Fair Grounds (near registration and parking).

Awards: Medals for 1st place finisher in each age division.

Age Division: 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60 and over.
