About This Activity

Athletes of all ages can explore Eagle Creek Park, one of the nation’s largest city parks, via land and water alternating between trail runs and a canoe or kayak leg. The race starts at the beach and consists of a 2.5-mile trail run, 1.5-mile paddle, and 3.5-mile trail run back to the beach.

Participants have the choice to enter as an individual, 2-person or 3-person relay team. Competitors can bring their own kayak or canoe (with life jackets and paddles), or rent a boat in advance.

An after party will be held post-race at the Earth Discovery Center. 100% of proceeds benefit the Eagle Creek Park Foundation to support trail restoration projects, environmental education programs and park improvements.
