Summer Training Program
About This Activity
This summer long camp is for participants that are in 6th -12th grade. A PHYSICAL IS REQUIRED FROM WITHIN THE LAST 12 Months. The philosophy of the Summer Running Preparation program is to encourage and prepare runners to develop a general fitness that is endurance in nature. The Summer Distance Preparation Program is intended for any high school or middle school student who desires to learn more about running that reside in the Cypress Woods Attendance zone.
