About This Activity

HRC Fitness is hosting its 5th Annual Charity 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk on Sunday October 7, 2018. 

Race fee is $25 until July 31, 2018.
Race fee is $30 from August 1, 2018 - September 30, 2018
Race fee is $35 day of race, October 7, 2018

ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 5PM EST ON SATURDAY, SEPT 30.  AFTER 5PM, PLEASE VISIT HRC FITNESS TO REGISTER OR DOWNLOAD AND PRINT A PAPER REGISTRATION FORM FROM OUR WEBSITE AND BRING IT WITH YOU ON RACE DAY WITH YOUR PAYMENT. THANK YOU!

HRC Charity 5K Training Program - "Zero to 5K" (#ZEROTO5K)

If you're looking for support in completing the HRC Charity 5K, check out our "Zero to 5K" Training Group! The goal of the training group is to properly prepare you to complete the HRC Fitness Charity 5K on October 7, 2018!

The Group will meet Tuesday mornings at 10AM, Thursday evenings at 7PM and Saturday mornings at 8am beginning on July 10th!
We will be meeting at the front entrance of HRC Fitness and will be utilizing various parts of the 5K course along the way!

INCLUDED IN ZERO TO 5K REGISTRATION:

*12 weeks of group training
*Exclusive tips and resources
*Non-judgmental, supportive atmosphere
*Experienced coaches to support you along the way
*Guidance on running form, stretching, fueling, nutrition and more
*Encouragement and support to help you reach your goals
* Free entry into the goal race (HRC Fitness Charity 5K on October 7th!

Whether you are able to attend all or some of the training sessions or if you will be training virtually, we ask for your best effort throughout the program. That does not imply perfection but rather your best effort. Things come up. Schedules can get messy. Your Coach, the HRC Fitness team, and the Group will be here to support Group members along the way.
