2nd Annual Sweetheart Dash

Come join us for the 2nd Annual Sweetheart Dask 5k.  This event is organized by the Lady Knights in Flight Running Club and all proceeds benefit Apple Valley Middle School!  Join us for great prizes, post race snacks, and a mostly trail/groomed trail course.  Bring your spouse/loved one and enter as a Sweetheart Couple - a new category where both racers times will be combined.

Event details and schedule

Day of registration begins at 8:00 am.  Race starts at 10:00 am at the main entrance to Apple Valley Middle School.  The course is pavement and over 2 miles of trail/grass/groomed trail.  Follow signs to parking.  We plan to have our event wrapped up by noon so you can enjoy the remainder of your Valentine's Day!
