You are invited to spend an evening enjoying the cookery of one of the areas best! Chef Matt Mooney is a CIA trained professional chef and has created this 4 course holiday menu for our enjoyment.

Proceeds benefit Racers Against Childhood Cancer.

Autumn/Winter Squash Bisque
Mixed Greens with Roasted Beets, Oranges, and Feta
Choice of:
Butter Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Shitake Demi; Rutabaga pancake and asparagus
Panko Crusted Chicken Breast stuffed with Spinach, Sundried Tomatoes,Goat Cheese, and Lemon Veloute; Qunioa Timbale and Snap Pea Bell Pepper Medley
Eggplant, Sweet Potato, White Bean Lasagna with Braised Kale 

Chocolate Cake Roll with Peppermint Cream
