About This Activity
Join Tri Faster for a mixed cycling and running workout that will kick your rear in gear for the upcoming multi-sport season. Combine cycling intervals on your own bike and trainer with running in a workout that will have you race ready this summer.
Some classes will have a longer bike followed by a run. Other classes, you will alternate between bike and run for a series of intervals. Cycling will start indoors but may move outdoors by the end of the session weather permitting. Running will be outside. All abilities are welcome.
Don't run? NO problem!! You can stay on the bike when the others run and still enjoy a GREAT workout.
