About This Activity

Join Tri Faster for a fun, fast paced class that will improve your running specific strength, endurance and speed. The Tri Faster Run Circuit workout combines short bursts of running with full body, dynamic strength exercises. A mixture of sports inspired cardio and strength conditioning exercises are used to challenge you to become stronger, leaner, and all-around fit. For runners, this challenging workout prepares you for the demands of other running-related workouts like long runs, tempo runs and speed work while minimizing injury risk. Exercises will be adapted so they fit your fitness level. Move to the next level with this unique class.

Registration options available for single day drop-ins or entire sessions.
