About This Activity

Time: 8am check in - Ultra
11 am check in- 10k charity / open wave

9AM Start 1st lap MOC 10k / Solo Ultra / Male-Female- Co-ed Team Ultra Start, 1 combined heat.
Approximately 70 person capacity & (10 Teams) - 8 hours from 9am until 5pm
12 AM Start-10k Charity / 12:15 pm 10k open
Approximately 60 person capacity

Important Info:
**Ultra / Team Ultra: your 1st 2 laps are covered with entry.
-Additional laps from lap 3 on are $5 each, paid at the end of your race day to be eligible for all lap awards and overall prizes.
-The winning Solo Male & Female / Male-Female-Co-ed Teams will be exempt from paying any lap 3+ costs.  **Ultra Finisher medal / Shirt will be given to all registrants who complete at least 2 laps.

Format: 8 hours as many laps as possible: Course approx. 6-7 miles with approximately 50 obstacles.
Lap 1-All obstacles / Lap 2-All Obstacles / Lap 3-All obstacles
Lap 4- All Obstacles /                              Lap 5-All Obstacles 
Lap 6+ 5k course with all obstacles
**At 3:30 pm all course obstacles will close except those designated around the lake area by officials.
**At 3:30pm any laps started will be on the 5k course. Latest start of last lap will be BY 3:45PM. This last 5k lap must be completed by 5pm.
**Any racer who beat the 3:30pm 5k lap start cutoff will have until 5:15pm to finish their full lap to count towards overall ranking.

Penalties for all Ultra Divisions: All obstacles must be attempted- NO TOUCH AND GO or there will be immediate DQ from the event.
There is NO MANDATORY COMPLETION requirement for ANY ULTRA DIVISON and you may re attempt any obstacle as many times as you'd like.
*****A Rubber wristband will be given to you by volunteers at a pre determined number of obstacles for successful completion each lap. Upon completion of your lap, you will check in with the scoring table and present all bands. If you are missing a band(s) for that lap a penalty(s) must be completed before your time is logged and you may start your next lap. ****Both members of any ULTRA TEAM must present their bands or each member completes the penalty.
**Team Ultra format: Available for a max of 10 teams in each Division
Teams of 2 (Male/ Female / Co-Ed) race and must finish together. Top team earns a special prize as well as our solo division winners.

This event will be primarily self supported!!!
Bring all items you'll need for up-to 8 Hours!!!
2 water station will be available on course and a supply of items at the Gear Bin drop area.
DROP BIN: Any size bucket / storage container is permissible. Limited # of spaces for a pop canopy tent are available as well for groups that would like to have one area. The gear bin area will be directly parallel to the lake front by our finishing obstacles / scoring / penalty areas weather permitting
Volunteering: Approximately 5 Full day shifts will be available and earn 2 future race credits.
Approximately (10) AM / (10) PM shifts will be available and offer same day single lap + free future race credit.

Onsite vendors: Vendors again will not have a fee to setup a pop tent. A donation request of items from each vendor will be required that will aid in the pre race and race day prize offerings to our entrants in exchange for the free vendor spot on race day.
