About This Activity
Tri Faster Run Faster (Track Workouts) Significantly improve your running this summer. As the names indicates, the Tri Faster Run Faster class will teach you to RUN FASTER! This class will accommodate runners of all abilities including beginner runners. There will be two separate workouts to choose from:
intervals for runners and triathletes competing in runs and triathlons with a running segment of 10K or shorter or
intervals or runners and triathletes competing in runs of longer than 10K including half and full marathons/Ironman distance events.
These professionally coach-supervised, interval-based running workouts will progress over the sessions so you can run more efficiently, stronger and with more speed. Registration options are available for single day drop-ins or entire sessions.
And for runners looking for an extra edge, combine this with Tri Faster Restore and Recover which takes place immediately after the track workout. Learn a variety strategies to get the most out of your training. This class will combine yoga, targeted mobility, stretching, and a variety of other techniques that will help you to recover better and to stay injury free.
Most athletes get a A+ in their workouts only to sabotage their efforts with inadequate recovery strategies. Devoting this 30 minutes each week to elongating your muscles and working out tight spots will pay big dividends at your races. It will also teach you some new techniques that can be used daily and that will benefit you for years to come.
