Gazelle Girl Expotique: Shake Out Run
8:30 am - 9:00 am
Shake out your nerves and meet fellow Gazelle Girls during our FREE shake out run! We'll meet in the downstairs lobby of the JW Marriott, where you will be led on a 2 mile run through the wonderful city of Grand Rapids!

Gazelle Girl Expotique: Kula Yoga
9:30 am - 10:30 am
Unwind with us during a FREE yoga class on Saturday before the Expotique! Karolina DeLange from Kula Yoga will be leading us in a relaxing flow series. Bring your own mat. Space is limited to 35 participants, so sign up soon!

Gazelle Girl Expotique: FLEXcity Fitness HIIT
11:30 am - 12:15 pm
Join us for a fun pre-race sweat session with FLEXcity Fitness. This is a 45 minute high intensity interval based class that will incorporate cardio and strength training.

Gazelle Girl Expotique: MVP Sports Club Centergy Group Fitness
12:30 pm - 1:30 pm
Join MVP for Centergy Group Fitness. Centergy is the perfect combination of yoga and Pilates movements set to positive uplifting music that will enable you to left your energy and reduce stress before race day!

2:00 pm - 2:30 pm
Is this your first race, or first time doing Gazelle Girl? Join us for an informational session on race day tips and tricks to make sure your race day goes as smoothly as possible. A few topics we'll be sure to talk about:

  • Where to go on race day- start line, port-a-potty lines, parking
  • What to do when you arrive race morning
  • Navigating gear check- how it works, what to pack, what not to pack
  • What to wear
  • Taking fuel/nutrition on the course- where and what will be at the aid stations
  • Medals- where to pick up your bling!
  • Post race food and the finish line festival
