The Five Points of Life Foundation and LifeSouth Community Blood Centers are excited to invite you to be a part of the 3rd Annual Five Points of Life Kids Marathon Northeast Georgia on April 22, 2017.
To participate, kids kindergarten through eighth grade, complete 25 miles, one at a time, during the months prior to the marathon, logging each mile on the log sheet. To finish the full marathon kids will run the last 1.2 miles on April 22, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. All participants will receive a Kids Marathon Northeast Georgia race packet, race number (must be worn on race day), t-shirt and finishers medal. Kids must be registered in order to participate.
Only one parent or guardian will be permitted to accompany each participant on the 1.2 mile run. Other family members and friends are encouraged to attend and cheer on the participants during the run. Parents should not register to run. Only the kids will need to register in order to receive a t-shirt, race bib, and finisher’s medal.

Event details and schedule
Registration is FREE until April 1, $5 until April 21, and $10 on race day.
Registrants may pick up their packet (includes T-shirt and race number) on Friday, April 21 at LifeSouth Community Blood Centers (1200 McEver Road, Gainesville, GA 30504) from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Packets are also available for pick up starting at 8:00 a.m. on race day at Laurel Park. Some packets may be distributed at schools through PE teachers.
The Kids Marathon will begin at 9 a.m. at Laurel Park. Kids report to the start line by 8:45 a.m.
