The run dubbed the Celtic 4 Miler, features a 4 mile run, a 2 mile walk, a 5 runner team event and Kids races ( 6mo to 10yrs ) .
As the night gives way to a wee bit of daylight, we'll run down famed Las Olas Blvd, in Fort Lauderdale to the intercoastal waterway, past mansions and mega yachts, before turning around and heading back to Huizenga Plaza in time for the Fort Lauderdale St Patrick’s Day Parade.
A wee 4 miles it is, or consider the ‘Stretch Of The Legs’ 2 Mile Walk and for the speed ones, and the Catch The Leprechaun Kids Fun Run all happening before the parade.

The Fort Lauderdale St. Patrick's Parade and Festival has added a run to its list of activities for the Irish Festival and Parade set for March 11th, and you are invited to participate.
The 2nd Annual Ft Lauderdale Celtic Cup Team Challenge will be held at 7:30am Saturday March 11th in downtown Ft Lauderdale at Huizenga Park.
The Challenge is open to any group, company or organization fielding a team of 5 or more runners ( of which 2 must be females or males ) for the Celtic 4 Miler race. Lowest combined time ( fastest time ) wins. For larger groups, consider creating a 2nd or 3rd team.
The run is a fundraiser for the Fort Lauderdale St. Patrick’s Parade & Festival’s several charities.
