TBF Warrior Boot Camp

This 8-week Bootcamp is based on the most current research in fitness!
Warrior Bootcamp is a revolutionary 8-week program that combines the hottest trends in the fitness scene - High Intensity Interval Training ("HITT").

  • Personalized coaching and attention that will help you achieve your individual health and fitness goals!
  • Metabolic Makeover - Lose weight,  burn fat, build strength and endurance, increase flexibility, get fit!
  • Healthy meal plans, nutrition guide, daily food journaling, recommended shopping list, nutritional recipes! 
  • Small group training environment limited to only 10 athletes!  You WILL get 1-on-1 attention at each workout and you WILL be held accountable!
  • 6 minute daily homework videos + 45 minute coached workouts 3x per week with your trainer and group.
  • You get 24/7 website access to track your progress, keep your daily food journal, and interact with your coach. 
  • 8-weeks of unlimited E-coaching with your trainer; stay motivated, ask questions, and be inspired during your entire fitness journey!

Dates: February 2nd to March 27th. Class days and times are: Monday, Wednesday, Friday at either 9:30 am or 6 pm. There will be 10 available spots in each class. 

The cost is $349.
