About This Activity
When – Wednesdays at 7:00 pm from April 29 through May 20. Each session will be roughly one hour long
Where – Modern Athlete, 187 Columbia Turnpike, Florham Park, NJ 07932

What –This comprehensive 4-week course is designed to help make you a more efficient, faster and injury free runner. The course includes the following.
• Biomechanical evaluation including video analysis of running form • Strengthening exercises for muscle groups essential for good running form including the hip, glutes and core • Focus on thoracic spine and posture, exercises designed to loosen up the trunk • Single leg exercise program • Upper body strength • Static and dynamic mobility with devices like the foam roller • Outside form practice and specific drills • Individual evaluation for injury prevention • Putting all of the above together with proper form
The class is limited to 15 people. We expect classes to fill up quick so sign up early to assure yourself a spot.
