The Cow Paddy Run is comprised of a 5k and 1k Fun Run at Gulley Park in Fayetteville, Arkansas hosted by The Spark Foundation, a local 501(c)(3) non-profit that was created with a mission to create a positive impact in our community by providing increased access to health and fitness opportunities. Proceeds support innovative educational projects in schools through the Fayetteville Public Education Foundation as well as Spark's youth and community programming.
Every year we host our annual T-shirt Design Contest. The winning design is featured on the 2018 Cow Paddy Run race shirt. Have an idea? Want to combine your love of running and art? Teach art at a local elementary or middle school and want to dedicate a class period to design time? Visit www.cowpaddyrun.com for more information or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our annual Cow Paddy Run Costume Contest returns with prizes for "Best Dressed" and "Craziest Cow". We've seen people run in full mascot costumes, coordinating team outfits, and more. Join in the fun!
**NEW THIS YEAR** Both elementary AND middle schools are eligible for the annual participation prize, and we're adding more awards! Make sure that your students, teachers, parents, alumni, friends, and family all select YOUR SCHOOL to be in the running for highest Cow Paddy Run participation.
