About This Activity

The Run to Prevent Child abuse recognizes April as Child Abuse Prevention month. Statewide the FCCTF leads a network of Child Abuse and Neglect Councils in their missions of providing and identifying programs to meet those goals. This race will provide the funds needed to educate parents on the dangers of Shaken Baby Syndrome, provide parent education and support those babies who are born addicted to substances, also known as Neonatal Abstinance Syndrome.
