About This Activity

We started our event to celebrate the lives of Tim & Kim Donnelly and to remember the spirit and heart that they shared with the community. Tragically taken on Feb 2, 2005 - they had a tremendous effect on all who met them and the many who shopped in their family jewelry store.

We run & walk every year with their spirit in us. We offer a 3.5mi run, a 1.6mi walk, and a variety of free kids runs.

Since 2012 we have partnered with the Greater Bridgeport Youth Orchestras, Fairfield Police Explorers Post, and the Fairfield Police Union Scholarship Fund. We also work with other local charities as their needs arise. We hope you will consider additional donations this year to any of our non-profit partners.

Both our run and walk courses are fairly flat and have very few turns. The walk starts at 8:55am- 10 minutes prior to the run -so that the course is clear for the runners. This year there is a slight change in the walk course to make it just a bit shorter and safer. The 3.5 mi run starts at 9:05am

Great long sleeve heather blend shirts will be available for the first 300 participants pre registered by April 1. After that any give-aways will be "as available" so try your best to pre register in time. Great post run/walk food will be on hand including the Taco Loco truck.

We thank our PREMIER PARTNER - the Gaelic American Club on 74 Beach Rd. for their generosity & support.

After the run/walk events all paid participants are invited for a post event gathering at the GAC. Paid participants over 21 can get a free beer at the club - or soft drink for all ages. Their kitchen will be open for brunch/lunch serving terrific food.

We welcome donations at ANY level for our three non-profit organizations. Sponosr opportunities are also available at a variety of levels as well.

Let your friends & family know about our really great events. Our courses are easy, there are great shirts, tasty food, and always some extra goodies thrown in.
