About This Activity
Not that you needed a reason to have a beer, but here are a few! Beer, does provide some health benefits. The malt & hops used to make dark beers contain flavonoids, the same heart-healthy compounds in vegetables & wine that counter cell damage, thus reducing your risk of heart disease & cancer. Beer also contains B vitamins & chromium, which aid in converting carbohydrates to energy. Fee: $10 event fee (includes workout, run/walk, light appetizers & 1 beer if 21 & over). We will also be collecting items for the Everett Food Bank, please bring non-perishables to donate. Space is limited. *Do not have to drink to participate in workout, run/walk, or eat at restaurant.
