About This Activity

The Wine Country Ramble is a trail run that winds through beautiful Willamette Valley wine country. Runners can participate in a 5K or 10K route beginning at Iris Vineyards and continuing through King Estate and Chateau Lorane's property. At the finish line, participants can enjoy a catered brunch and wine tasting hosted at Iris Vineyards' tasting room. A benefit for the American Red Cross Cascade Region, funds raised from the event will support fire prevention campaigns, response to home fires throughout our region, disaster preparedness presentations at local schools, businesses, and community organizations, as well as disaster response.

The event starting line and post-race brunch is at Iris Vineyards, 82110 Territorial Hwy in Eugene. The trail run will continue through King Estate Winery/Chateau Lorane Winery.

From Interstate 5: Take Exit 182 towards Creswell. Turn right onto Cloverdale Rd./East Oregon Ave. Continue onto Camas Swale Road, and then continue onto Hamm Road. Turn right onto Territorial Road. Iris Vineyards is on the left after 0.6 miles.

From Eugene or from downtown: Take 6th Avenue to Chambers Street and turn left. Turn right onto Lorane Highway. After 4.1 miles turn left to continue on Lorane Highway. Turn left onto Territorial Road. Iris Vineyards is on the right after 1.8 miles

Parking and shuttles will be available on race day, carpooling is encouraged.

Packet Pick-up: 
Packet pick-up will be the day before the race on September 12th, location: TBD.
