About This Activity
Run Hub Northwest is proud to host a fun, friendly and first-class training program for beginner women runners and walkers to prepare for Butte to Butte 5K or 10K on July 4. This group is designed to help you on your personal fitness journey by providing you with coaching and teammates who share similar goals, turning the tough grind of training into a fun, social experience. We welcome all ability levels to join our team with the following considerations. The 5K training program can be attempted by those with little or no experience in running/walking. It is a great segway to training for a 10K in a future season.
Run Hub Training Team Benefits Monday Evening run/walk @ 6:30 pm Various class topics including: Nutrition, Yoga, and first day race jitters Free Wednesday evening and Saturday morning walk/runs at Run Hub
