Run Clinic: Learn How to run better, faster and stay injury free.
-Plagued by running injuries?
-Frustrated by your pace or ability to run longer distances?
-Learn about running mechanics and how to run more efficiently.
-Learn dynamic stretches & drills to support your new running form
-Learn strength exercises to help support your run mechanics
-Learn muscle releases to help you recover from your run
-Open to all ability and fitness levels

Event schedule and times

Plan to arrive about 10 minutes early. We will start promptly at 9:00 am.

Bring all running gear appropriate for the day's weather: shoes, cap, shorts, etc.

Bring water and other drinks to stay hydrated during the clinic.

Bring lots of questions and a positive, empowered attitude.
