About This Activity

Falling for the Arts 5K is the first of its kind in Dodge County! Make sure to be a part of this soon-to-be annual addition to the Fall for Dodge Fall Festival.

Now in its 15th year, the Fall for Dodge Festival offers a safe and family-friendly place for holiday fun. Alive with games, activities, live local music and much more, the festival is attended by thousands each year.

To offer a competitive activity that benefits the Dodge County Arts Guild, Inc., the festival is hosting its first-ever 5K race.

Read below for a snapshot of what the Dodge County Arts Guild adds to our community, and why it is important to support the organization:

The Dodge County Arts Guild, Inc. is committed to providing access to the arts to Dodge County and surrounding areas.  It operates the Magnolia Theater which is available for theatrical productions and rental for community and private events.  From Dodge County School events such as the One Act Play and Miss Chieftain Pageant, to privately operated Pageants and events, the Dodge Arts Guild, Inc., strives to provide an array of events that would not otherwise be available in our community. DAG recently hosted the Missoula Theater with approximately 50 student participants and an estimated 200 patrons that attended the one-day event.  Dodge County Arts Guild also brings the Magnolia Music and Medicine Show to downtown Eastman. Magnolia Music and Medicine Show is produced six (6) times a year and features local artists and nationally acclaimed musicians as well as our local Music and Medicine Show Band.  DAG’s goal is to provide artistic opportunities and quality entertainment to bring our local community and surrounding areas together. The arts in our community would not be actively growing without the Dodge County Arts Guild!

*The Fall for Dodge Fall Festival is hosted by the Eastman-Dodge County Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by many local businesses. The Falling for the Arts 5K race is a joint effort by the Chamber and the Dodge County Arts Guild to bring awareness and support of arts and entertainment to Dodge County and its community.
