About This Activity
Join Glow XC on May 28, 2016 for a 7K, night time race that will fund continuing education grants for rural Emergency Services (EMS) volunteers in Oregon. Each runner will be provided with a headlamp and the course will be lined with glowing trail-markers creating a safe and electrifying atmosphere. Hosted at Elijah Bristow Park, outside of Eugene, OR, avid runners and social walkers of all ages are invited to celebrate the illuminating atmosphere while supporting rural health in Oregon.
Glow XC has proudly partnered with the Oregon Office of Rural Health to raise funds and awareness for the Apple a Day Campaign. Donations will fund continuing education grants for rural Emergency Services (EMS) volunteers throughout our lush state. Through Glow XC’s partnership with the Oregon Office of Rural Health, funds raised are donated to the Apple a Day Campaign to help fund continuing education for rural Emergency Services (EMS) volunteers.
