About This Activity
30 Days To Lose It! is a weekly fitness program for women ages 18+, that runs from September 2015 through June, 2016. Now in its 6th season at the Charles H. Wright Museum, it is every Tuesday evening, from 7:30-8:30 p.m. The workouts are free for museum members, and $5 per session for non-members, who can become members if they attend eight (8) consecutive 30 Days To Lose It! workouts.
