About This Activity
Welcome to the Wrkout! Get ready to push yourself through a new type of challenge with 10 unique stations designed by personal trainers to push you and your partner to physical limits for the best score! This is the first customized competition of it's kind, with a personal trainer at each station to explain the challenge and track your score. You and a partner will compete together choosing the difficulty level at each station, the harder you push yourself the more points you score. How hard will you wrkout? Each team will work through all the stations through the course of an hour. The Wrkout is designed to push all muscle groups to the limit with proper exeuction of the exercises. The exercise challenges change every competition, can you survive the Wrkout?

Event schedule and times
The event will start at 10:00 am so please arrive early to check in before the competition starts
-Waivers will be filled out and signed on location the day of the event
-Wear comfortable workout clothing and proper workout shoes
-The competition consists of 10 challenge stations: 4 upper body, 4 lower body, and 2 core
