About This Activity
During this 2-hour clinic, USA Triathlon Level I Coach Mari Fridenmaker will cover Daily, Training and Racing nutrition for triathletes. As races get longer, nutrition is one discipline that can make or break your day. Strategies will be provided for timing your nutrition for an Olympic Distance race. Coach Mari is also able to give nutrition tips on other race distances during the Q&A session.
Prior to the clinic, you will perform a Sweat Test (instructions will be sent ahead of time) which will help calculate how much fluid you need during exercise. During the clinic each athlete will have a chance to privately measure their Body Composition with a Tanita scale. This will help calculate how many calories you need during exercise.
