About This Activity
As race distances get longer, nutrition is a discipline that can make or break your day. USA Triathlon Certified Coach, Mari Fridenmaker, will provide strategies for timing your nutrition for an Olympic Distance race. Athletes will have a chance to get their body composition tested before or after the session. There will also be time at the end for questions and discussion.

Free parking is available next door at the Decatur Public Library.
2:00 - 2:15pm - Participants arrive for body composition readings.
