About This Activity
As athletes, we need to fuel our bodies for our daily lives. Proper daily nutrition will enhance our training and racing. USA Triathlon Certified Coach, Mari Fridenmaker, will share important tips for managing nutrition. She will also provide a framework of how to structure your eating based on when your workouts are scheduled. Athletes will have a chance to get their body composition tested before or after the session. There will also be time at the end for questions and discussion.
