About This Activity

Thank you for joining Team Racing for Veterans (Team R4V) for the 2014 Air Force Half and Full Marathon. In 2013, Team R4V’s AFM Team raised over $12,000 for our wounded veterans. We hope that you will join our team in 2014 and help us reach our goal of $15,000 dollars.

Please note that this is the registration page for the Team R4V Charity Team at the Air Force Half and Full Marathon (AFM). Your registration fee includes a slot in the Air Force Half or Full Marathon AND the team benefits found below. By signing up here you are committing to meet the minimum fundraising requirement found below.

  • Everyone joining Team R4V’s AFM team will pay a registration fee ($90/marathon and $75/half-marathon)
  • All runners are required to raise a minimum of $350 for Team R4V's mission of supporting our wounded veterans through sport.
  • Once half of the fundraising commitment has been met on your personal fundraising page ($175), you will receive a code and instructions from the Race Coordinator with directions to register for the Air Force Half or Full Marathon.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

Air Force Half & Full Marathon Entries

  • Team R4V AFM participants must agree to meet the $350 minimum fundraising requirement by the September 5th deadline. Half of the fundraising minmum ($175) is due by July 4, 2014.
  • You will receive a code to register with the Air Force Half or Full Marathon, once you have met half of your fundraising requirement ($175).
  • If you do not meet your $175 halfway fundraising requirement, your credit card will be charged the remaining balance in order to receive your registration code into the Air Force Half or Full Marathon.

Your Personal Fundraising Page and Information

  • Upon registration, an email with directions on how to create your personal donation web page will be emailed to you within 48 hours.
  • You will be able to customize your page with a photo and text, and access it online from any computer.
  • The online contribution collection process is simple and completely secure, accepting credit and debit cards. Donors will automatically receive an immediate email confirmation and tax receipt.
  • The funds collected on your donation web page will go directly to the Team R4V’s mission of supporting our wounded veterans and their families through sport.
