About This Activity

The first annual 2 State 4 County Pedaling for Prevention Family Bike Ride takes place along the scenic Tennessee-Georgia borders. Starting at Coahulla Creek High School in Dalton Georgia, you will cross multi-counties as you ride through forested ridges and rolling hills.  Good paved roads follow gently flowing mountain streams as you pass through beautiful pasture land rich in Native American history.  The 35, 62 and 100 mile rides take you by Red Clay State Historic Park, the seat of Cherokee government from 1832 until the start of the Trail of Tears in 1838.

As you complete your course, lunch will be served at Coahulla Creek High School from 11AM - 4:PM.  Door prize drawings begin at 3PM. This is an event for the whole family with well marked courses, sag support, door prizes, t- shirts and much more.  Help us make a difference in your community, join us as we "Pedal for Prevention" on August 2, 2014.
