Luke's Locker Dallas 9 To 5 (9 weeks to a 5K) Training Program Includes:Starting Date & Location: SATURDAY SESSIONS will start at our SMU Luke's Locker Location on starting on January 25, 7:00 a.m., 3046 Mockingbird Lane, 75205. 9To5 is designed for beginner walkers and runners who want to begin or learn to maintain a consistent fitness program, or runners that may want to jump back in and improve on their 5K or 10K exercise programs. Our GOAL 5K RACE will be Trinity River Levee Run on March 25, 2020. Program includes: Saturday morning Group Workouts with a Coaches. Weekly training schedules Free weekday social run workouts on Wednesdays, 6:00 a.m. from Luke's Locker on Mockingbird Information on hydration, nutrition, injury prevention, motivation, running form, apparel/shoes, and more Accountability to maintain and achieve your running fitness goals
