About This Activity
Run for Your Life is intended to celebrate our ability to get out and move and have fun while doing it. Run, walk or roll your way to better health. The run will have two levels: a 4-mile trail run, and a 2-mile fun walk/run/roll on an accessible paved path.
The event will raise awareness of multiple sclerosis. Proceeds will support the critical work of the Oregon State University Multiple Sclerosis Exercise Program. For 15 years this program has been providing individualized physical activity instruction free of charge for people with multiple sclerosis (MS).
