Players must be enrolled at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School or enrolled in the St. Francis of Assisi PRE Program.

Physical Requirement

All 5th - 8th grade sports require a physical prior to the first practice. Forms are available in the church & school office.

PAA Requirement

PAA regulates that participants cannot exceed a total of 8 hours of sports activities (practice and games) per week.
