Enlighten your run. Join us for Run+Yoga, a healthy, free series of group runs & yoga sessions designed to add some fun to your workout routine this spring. Together, let's achieve a more full-body fitness experience.
Throughout May and into early June, CRC is partnering up with GoYoga, Balanced Yoga, and Mizuno. Together, we'll be hosting a weekly series of group runs followed by yoga sessions, led by a local instructor. Run+Yoga sessions will take place:
Each workout will consist of a group run that begins at 6:30pm followed by a roughly 45 minute yoga session that will begin at 7:30pm. There's no assigned pace or distance for the runs - you set your own pace, and we'll guide you out onto the path. These yoga classes will be ideal for those new to the studio and to those who already incorporate yoga into their routine. Everyone is welcome, so come join us for Run+Yoga!
Please RSVP for these free events through the site here. You can come out for just one session or join us for the entire series. There are no costs attached, and it's a great way to boost your training as we head towards summertime.
