About This Activity

Once again, it is time to get together and do some fitness for a good cause. The timing is a little off this year, but we are now hosting our halfway to Halloween 5k+ to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Many of you know KC White, our longest standing client, has dealt with Cystic Fibrosis her whole life. She helped bring this cause to our attention. Since it is her 40th birthday, each ticket will cost $40 per participant.

We are also putting a little different spin this year. Since the event falls on May 4th, we are putting a Star Wars them with the event. After all, May the 4th be with you. You are encouraged to wear your best Star Wars related costume.

Heats will start at 8:00 am and start every hour until the last one starts at 1:00 pm. 

Sponsorships are available for the event at different levels:
Gold Sponsorship: $500, 4 reserved spots, Large logo on the shirt.
Silver Sponsorship: $250, 2 reserved spots, medium logo on the shirt.
Bronze Sponsorship: $100, 1 reserved spot small logo on the shirt.

Scaling options will be available for everyone, as this event is open to anyone that wants to participate.
The workout will be the same as previous years with a one-hour time limit.
2 rounds:
500m run, 10 burpee
500m run, 20 pull up
500m run, 30 push up
500m run, 40 sit up
500m run, 50 squat
