About This Activity
In this workshop you will learn the basic ingredients of the ChiWalking® Technique. You will get lots of personal attention and enjoy a rich learning experience packed with good information to help you walk injury-free for the rest of your life. We will spend time alternating between demonstrations, fun exercises and technique drills...the nature of the day will be relaxed, full and inspiring.
• Keys to effortless, injury-free walking • Core muscle and technique drills and exercises • Upper and lower body usage in walking • Introduction to Chi Walking form • Energy conservation in movement

This workshop will be held indoors. However, we may go outside from time to to so please dress according to the weather forecast.
