PUMP N' RUN Description - A runner's time will be based on how many times he/she can bench press their body weight according to a schedule. For example, in the 5K, a runner will be able to reduce his/her running time by 30 seconds per rep, with a maximum number of 30 reps (max of 15 minutes off run time). You must be able to bench press your weight at least twice to be eligible to compete. Awards will be issued for becoming part of the prestigious "30-Pump Club", "Fastest Times" in each age group, and "Most Pumps" in each age group!
