About This Activity
Are you a warrior? Sign up for RWA's Fitness Bootcamp. Sessions last for 5 weeks. We have 2 and 3 day classes. Each class is 60 mins. RWA Bootcamps are designed to improve your overall health. Sessions will incorporate full body strengthening & conditioning drills, plyometrics and cardio exercises.(ALL TRAINING IS DONE OUTDOORS)
