About This Activity

Join cookbook author Anupy Singla as she walks you through the spices needed to make South Indian Sambhar Masala. Use it to make Sambhar, a deliciously spicy lentil and vegetable stew. Anupy will then show you how to make her own creation Quinoa Dosa – a gluten-free South Indian crepe traditionally made from rice and lentils. All participants will go home with a recipe and some samples of Anupy’s own spice blend.
