I have coached over 10 women, and a winning Elementary School Cross Country Team. I've run scores of races: 400 meters to 50 miles, worked at a specialty footwear running shoe store, served as Most Improved, MVP, Captain, and Inspirational Runner in High School, and have excelled in two Running Kinesiology college courses. I direct cheap races and organize running groups for fun. I love to see people active without breaking the bank. The bottom line to my running success has been enjoying the hard work, not being a natural talent who doesn't need to put forth effort. I WOULD BE HONORED TO TRAIN YOU!
Event schedule and times
You pick the place, pace, distance, and time. Select a workout or leave it up to me. Running only sessions are common, but I would love to help you work on your core, arms, squats, chest, back, run/walking, cross-training, biking, swimming, etc.
